WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Work closely with IT Security Manager, Baltic IT team members, and VIG Holding Cyber Defense Center teams. A significant part of communication is conducted in English.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution and appropriate documentation.
- Participate in the use, creation, and enhancement of security technologies and tools.
- Constantly expand your knowledge of security threats, technologies, and countermeasures.
- Proactively search for threats and propose solutions.
- Participate in the operation and enhancement of security processes, such as incident management, vulnerability management, patch management, access rights reviews, security testing, etc.
- Participate in the remediation of findings from audits and tests.
- Effectively communicate on security matters and share your expertise.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Education in technical science (preferably in IT).
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure (Windows, networking, Linux, microservices, etc.), security technologies, and cloud environments (we primarily with Microsoft Azure).
- Ability to work with technical documentation, security policies, standards, and legal requirements.
- Professional proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
- Practical experience in IT security field is an advantage.
- IT security and infrastructure certifications are an advantage.
