Responsibilities in this position:
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of enterprise hardware;
- Continuous inspection, maintenance and updates of IT systems and resources;
- Consulting on compatibility issues between business customers and internal systems and testing of required configurations;
- Finding and implementing innovative solutions for work improvement;
- Collaborating with specialized Transcom IT teams and assisting 1st Level Support;
- Taking care of day-to-day operations in our office R. Kalantos g. 32, Kaunas.

What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role/IT field;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to analyze information and make decisions;
- Excellent English (at least B2 level) and Lithuanian (native) language skills;
- Initiative, openness to innovation and desire to improve.
