To strengthen our local IT presence in Lithuania, we are looking for a hands-on IT Service Desk / On‑Site Support Specialist to support our users locally while working closely with our international Group IT teams.

Your Role – What You Will Do

In Lithuania, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related questions and incidents both nationwide and on-site. You enjoy helping users, solving problems pragmatically and making sure IT runs smoothly in daily business. Your role also includes to translate from Lithuanian since our operational language and the ticket system are in English.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • On‑site and telephone IT support for end users at the Lithuanian location(s)
  • Initial troubleshooting and problem analysis, both on-site and remotely
  • 1st and if possible 2nd level support for standard IT issues (hardware, software, workplace, network, Microsoft environment)
  • Escalation and handover of complex incidents to 2nd Level / Group IT teams with proper documentation (if necessary, to be translated from Lithuanian into English.)
  • User support & guidance – friendly, solution-oriented and service-minded
  • Close collaboration with international IT colleagues in Group IT
  • Receive, document and process incoming IT tickets via the central ticket system (i.e. Matrix42)
  • Installation, configuration and replacement of end-user devices (laptops, peripherals, workplace setup)
  • Installation, configuration, and replacement of managed network hardware as directed by the central network team
  • Support for onboarding / offboarding of employees from an IT perspective
  • Ensure clear documentation of incidents, solutions and known errors

Your Profile – What You Bring

  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Completed IT-related education or vocational training, or comparable practical experience
  • First experience in IT Service Desk / Helpdesk / On‑Site Support or similar roles
  • Solid understanding of 1st Level IT Support processes
  • Basic experience with ticket systems (e.g. Matrix42, JIRA or comparable tools)
  • Willingness to travel (Locations in Lithuania, Berlin office)

Good general knowledge of:

  • Windows operating systems
  • Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Workplace hardware (laptops, monitors, printers, accessories)
  • Basic understanding of mobile devices (Android and iOS)
  • Basic understanding of networking
  • Structured, reliable and service-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of user orientation
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player

Language Skills

  • Fluent Lithuanian (for local user support) Intern
  • Good English skills (for communication with international Group IT teams), at least at the B2 level
  • German is not required, but would be an advantage

2700-3300 €/mon. gross
The final offer depends on experience and competence.
