IT SPECIALIST WILL:
- Review diagnostics and independently assess the functionality and efficiency of company hardware;
- Provide end‑to‑end technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and access‑related issues across multiple systems;
- Monitor hardware, software, and system performance, identifying issues, risks, and improvement opportunities;
- Install, configure, and update company software and hardware in line with internal standards;
- Maintain and improve IT documentation and follow established IT procedures;
- Stay informed about relevant technological developments and apply practical improvements where appropriate.
YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF YOU HAVE:
- At least 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar hands‑on IT role;
- Solid, practical knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic networking;
- Proven ability to analyze, prioritize, and resolve multiple issues independently;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support non‑technical users professionally;
- A responsible, structured, and security‑aware approach to IT operations;
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
