Currently, we looking for an IT Support Specialist to join us for a full-time role in Vilnius, Lithuania, with a primary focus to the IT issues in Estrella Baltics, as well as partial dedication to IT needs in Intersnack Poland. The role will involve occasional business travels to Krakow, Poland – during the initial onboarding, and on a quarterly basis afterwards.

As an IT Support Specialist, You will:

  • Solve requests raised via IT service desk, those of internal and external users, in a timely and qualitative manner
  • Act as a first line of IT support for Baltics users and be responsible ICT systems supervision in Baltics, as well as work on assigned service desk areas at Intersnack Poland
  • Follow all the SLAs and procedures, onboard and guide the Employees on a successful understanding
  • Create credentials for new users, grant permissions, reset passwords in PH/RS/RWN/Sharepoint/Plus WorkFlow/Ross/Infor M3 systems
  • Monitor the availability of the company's ICT network and supervise its repairs
  • Set up and maintain the IT workstations (computers, landline and mobile phones, printers, projectors, video conferencing sets and other peripherals), including preventive inspections, fault diagnosis and basic repairs to ensure optimal use of the hardware infrastructure
  • Actively communicate with Application Management, handle second and third-line support requests from internal and external users and monitor them monthly to ensure efficient service
  • Maintain clear, logical and accurate records related to the activities of the position, develop procedures and create appropriate forms to easily and transparently track change history

We believe that You have:

  • A university or higher education degree in Informatics, Informational Systems, Informatics Engineering or similar field (3rd or 4th year students able to combine full-time work with studies, or fresh graduates, are welcome to apply too)
  • Native or bilingual level of Lithuanian, combined with a minimum B2 level of English
  • 1 year of similar work experience would be highly appreciated
  • Good theoretical concept understanding of the areas of computer construction, computer networks and their administration, Windows operating systems, MS 365, IT help desk and remote troubleshooting work principles, basic knowledge of databases, MS windows servers management, iOS, Android OS
  • High level of curiosity and discipline to continue learning new things
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work under instructions (SLAs, KB articles) and deadlines
