As a System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and security of our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include managing hardware and software systems, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing security protocols, and ensuring seamless operation across all departments.

YOUR TASKS:

• Administer, monitor, and maintain servers, networks, and other IT systems;
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware components;
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide timely resolutions;
• Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard company data and systems;
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to optimize system performance and reliability;
• Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and upgrades;
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role;
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and networking protocols;
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues;
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.);
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are a plus.
