What You'll Be Doing
🔹Handling primary accounting and bookkeeping for various clients and projects, following local and international standards.
🔹Assisting a senior colleague by monitoring and summarizing primary documentation, related to payroll accounting.
🔹Assisting a senior colleague with the review of payroll calculations according to local requirements for various clients and projects across different jurisdictions.
🔹Supporting the preparation of financial reports and periodic accounts.
🔹Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth and accurate accounting processes.
🔹Learning and growing every day through hands-on experience and mentorship.

What We Expect from You
🔹A degree (or last-year studies) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
🔹Excellent English and Lithuanian skills (both written and spoken).
🔹A keen eye for detail, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
🔹A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
🔹Great communication and teamwork skills.
🔹Any previous experience in accounting is a plus!
🔹Excellent English and Lithuanian skills (both written and spoken).
