Your future role will include
- Handling primary accounting and bookkeeping for various clients and projects, following local and international standards.
- Assisting a senior colleague by monitoring and summarizing primary documentation, related to payroll accounting.
- Assisting a senior colleague with the review of payroll calculations according to local requirements for various clients and projects across different jurisdictions.
- Supporting the preparation of financial reports and periodic accounts.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth and accurate accounting processes.
- Learning and growing every day through hands-on experience and mentorship.
What we expect from you
- A degree (or last-year studies) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent English and Lithuanian skills (both written and spoken).
- A keen eye for detail, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
- Any previous experience in accounting is a plus!
