The heart of the role
If you’d be happy to join the AP Junior Accountant
role, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and:

- Supports the day-to-day Accounts Payable operations for the following process areas:
- Process invoices until the release of payment.
- Handle internal and external communication.
- Support vendor account maintenance and closing activities.
- Ensure the understanding and compliant service delivery across PHOENIX Group of agreed policies and procedures.
- Understand service level agreements and key performance indicators for Accounts Payable-related processes.
- Achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.
- Assists the implementation of initiatives for improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the Accounts Payable transaction processing.
What makes you beat
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is an advantage.
- Some experience in Finance or Accounting (internship or entry-level role).
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn in an international environment.
