This is a temporary contract for approximately 8-9 months with some possibilities of extension.
Job description
We are looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Kaunas. The Junior AP Specialist helps other AP specialists with their daily tasks, such as handling supplier invoices, account statements, settlements, etc. This position requires great attention to detail and a general understanding of business processes but does not necessarily require previous experience in accounting and finance.

- Processing supplier invoices;
- Handling supplier account statements;
- Maintaining supplier data in the ERP system;
- Preparing reports on Accounts Payable;
- Other assisting tasks.
Requirements
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a similar field;
- Full professional proficiency in English;
- Good communication skills;
- Basic proficiency with MS Office;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Self-confidence and willingness to grow;
- Experience with MS Dynamics Axapta or MS NAV is considered an advantage;
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and the ability to come to the office at least once a month is considered as advantages.
