- learn, learn and learn fast :)
- setup, run, optimize campaigns on biddable search and Display platforms (Google, Facebook, other DSP`s etc.);
- implement tracking & analytics, setup dashboards for real-time campaign reporting;
- develop and execute digital optimization tactics to increase performance results;
- follow digital trends, best practices, and related industries’ news;
- work with team members on digital performance sprints;
- in this role, you will be part of our digital performance team and will be taking care of campaign setup and optimization.

Expected professional traits
- at least some experience with digital campaign setup on Google, Facebook Ad platforms or with different types of digital content, including audio, video and content marketing;
- high interest in advertising media (especially digital) metrics and analytics;
- high level of computer literacy, especially with numbers;
- good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
