Business Development department based in Vilnius is looking for a new team member who believes that Data powers everything we do and is a bit obsessed with evidence-based analytics, passionate about winning and is ready to go forward together with Business development team.
What you'll be doing?
Manage product assortment:
Commercial analytics & reporting:
Work closely with commercial teams:
Communication & presentation:
- Develop and maintain product assortments
- Design planograms to optimize product placement and visibility
- Use sales data to adjust assortments and planograms, ensuring optimal stock levels
Commercial analytics & reporting:
- Perform commercial analysis (market, sales, profitability, assortment, promotions, etc.)
- Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and business tools
- Actively participate in Value Management initiatives and Business Development projects
Work closely with commercial teams:
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support commercial decisions and deliver data‑driven insights across various business initiatives.
Communication & presentation:
- Build business related presentations
What we're looking for?
- Strong interest in numbers and desire to grow as a business analytics professional
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn new tools quickly and work with data independently
- Experience in commercial or business analytics is an advantage
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is an advantage
- University degree in Business, Economics, Econometrics, or Statistics is an advantage
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and ability to collaborate successfully within a team
