Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage incoming incident and open question flow towards internet bank area
- Discuss with IT and business developers solution
- Analyze impact on customers and clarify requirements with involved parties
- Be a link between business representatives and IT, as well coordinate your work with other roles such as Product owner and Experts
