About the Team & Business Line:
For over 80 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.
Working with ourFinancial Application Business Support Team, you will provide provide high quality support to Citco operational teams in their use of the accounting software. This role involves providing support both proactively and reactively and finding the right balance between user requests and procedural discipline.

Your role:
- Provide high quality support to staff worldwide in their use of the accounting software
- Assist with testing, preparation and implementation of new technical functionalities
- Maintain system process related procedures and manuals
- Deliver training for end users
About You:
- University degree or final year student in Economics / Finance / Accounting / Mathematics
- Analytical approach, attentive to details and quality
- Very good communication skills
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Knowledge using MS Excel would be an advantage
- Knowledge in accounting would be an advantage
