Job description

What can you expect your day to look like?

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding shipment tracking, delivery times, and other logistics-related questions.
Maintaining customer records and ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Assisting with administrative tasks related to logistics operations, such as data entry and document management.

What do we expect from you?

Higher education.
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, English, Russian (written and oral).
Ability to work at nights and weekends.
Quick orientation and the ability to manage large amount of information.
Good computer skills.
Similar work experience is considered as an advantage.

Base monthly salary: from €1580 to €1980 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
