We are actively searching for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Junior Customer Service Specialist at Fleming. In this entry-level role, you will be an important part of our mission to help individuals lead healthier and happier lives through our wellness products. - Provide customer support exclusively via email—no phone calls or live chats.
- Assist with routine customer cases and learn how to manage more complex issues over time.

We expect you to
- Be fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
- Have a passion for helping others and an eagerness to learn (no prior customer service experience required, though it’s a plus!).
- Have strong communication skills and empathy, with the ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
- Be organized, with good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Have an interest in the health & wellness industry (this is a plus, but not required!).
- Be a proactive problem solver and take ownership of your work.
- Be creative and flexible—sometimes, thinking outside the box is key!
