To succeed in this role, you need:
- Higher education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field is required
- Previous work experience or internship experience in a relevant field is considered an advantage
- Good Excel skills; willingness to develop advanced analytical and reporting capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical and logical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- Good English, both written and spoken
Purpose
The purpose of the position is to support the FP&A activities of Tamro Baltics, including financial performance monitoring, reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes. The position will report to the Head of FP&A and will be based in Kaunas.
Main responsibilities:

- Support monthly financial closing and management reporting processes
- Assist in profitability, sales, and cost analysis
- Prepare regular financial reports, analyses, and management presentations
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities across Baltic entities
- Assist in preparing business cases
