Eskimi is looking for a proactive and organized Junior-Mid Financial Operations Specialist to join our team and play an important role in maintaining our financial integrity! What You'll do:
- Review and reconcile invoices, payments, identify discrepancies and confirm balances with clients and suppliers;
- Communicate with clients and banks regarding payment status, inquiries, issues, and discrepancies;
- Prepare various financial forms;
- Support the team with client discount calculations and payments;
- Support the team in month-end, year-end accounting close and audit processes;
- Generate reports for accounting and finance purposes;
- Support the execution of different finance control tasks;
- Provide support and finance related communication between the organisation, clients and other departments.
What will help You do it:
- Fluent Lithuanian, good written and spoken English;
- Some working or internship experience in a similar role;
- Good knowledge of Excel;
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles would be considered as advantage;
- Willingness to learn new things, high level of accuracy and attention to the details;
- Being proactive and effective team-player and having good analytical and communication skills;

Salary
1200-2100 €/mon. gross
The salary range for a junior level position is 1200-1800 Eur/month gross, and 1800-2100 Eur/month gross for a mid-level position (we are open to discuss a different salary based on your experience and competencies).
