Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Project Manager with a focus on social media. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering meaningful connections with our audience across various digital platforms.This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, a passion for social media, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in regular ideation sessions on social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
- Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.
- Design visually appealing graphics, images, and videos to accompany social media posts and marketing materials.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities for engagement.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development and execution of other tasks related to design and communications.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, social media engagement, and other relevant KPIs.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve social media effectiveness.
- Support cross-functional teams with various ecommerce-related tasks as needed.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in social media management, or related roles is preferred with a track record of driving results.
- Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
