Job description
You will be responsible for:
- Performing organic synthesis experiments and other research tasks;
- Purification of organic compounds using a variety of techniques including extraction, crystallization, distillation, chromatography, etc;
- Characterizing intermediates and final compounds using a variety of analytical techniques (HPLC, NMR, GC-MS etc);
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of relevant fields and techniques;
- Proper documentation of experimental procedures and results;
- Summarizing findings and presenting data to research team as needed.
Requirements
We expect from you:
- University degree in Chemistry or equivalent education, experience in synthetic organic chemistry would be an advantage;
- Demonstrated skills in all relevant laboratory procedures and use of equipment;
- Working proficiency in English;
- Motivation to work in a high pace environment, commitment to complete all tasks on time;
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
