What you’ll build
- Our distribution, from the ground up - with exclusive rights to represent our brands and appoint distributors or sell direct to retail across your markets.
- A book of key accounts built from scratch into a serious, high-value portfolio.
- Turn strong inbound interest from our trade-show presence into listings and prospect proactively to open new doors.
- Run your own meetings and pitches, negotiate listings, launches, pricing and supply.
- Long-term partnerships with retail chains and distributors, and our presence at major international trade shows.
Who you are
- A proven closer with a track record in export or key account sales, having managed multi-million portfolio.
- Experienced selling into international, English-speaking retail and distribution environments.
- Fluent, professional English (essential), the language you’ll work in across every market.
- Genuinely tuned into the collectibles, gifts and kidult world, the category everyone is watching.
- Self-driven and fully autonomous, you build your markets without hand-holding.
- Knowledge of additional European languages (such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, or others) would be considered a strong advantage.
- Category B driving license and ready to travel.

Now we need a serious salesperson to turn that momentum into sales, not an assistant, a closer who builds.
