KYA Specialist (Italian Speaker) - 12 months contract

The primary purpose of the KYA Ops Support role is to provide internal support to the sales/operations group: which may act as a liaison to the client/agent.

We’ll be looking to you to:

• Daily support to agents and local teams regarding the KYA execution process (incl. collecting and validation of documentation)
  
• Daily cooperation with the KYA Back Office team
  
• Investigation and escalation of complex cases/issues thorough understanding of the KYA process, risk management rules, and policies.
  
• Other industry-specific policies and procedures to support essential responsibilities.
  

For such a detail-driven role, you’ll have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent or 2 years of experience working with Data and Analysis
  
• A good level of English is a must
  
• Fluent Italian
  
• Good MS Office knowledge (mainly Excel)
  
• High-level communication skills
  
• Organization (reporting and monitoring)
  
• Customer-oriented
