Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment and equipment used in biotechnology production at customer sites in Lithuania and, when required, throughout the Baltic States
- Advising customers and facilitating the exchange of technical information between customers and manufacturers
- Accurately documenting completed work and equipment service history
- Participating in manufacturer training courses
You are a good fit for this position if You:
- Have a higher education in a technical field and possess good IT skills
- Are systematic, precise and professional in both technical work and customer communication
- Have at least B2-level English proficiency
- Hold a Category B driving licence and are willing to travel to customer sites throughout the Baltic States
Previous experience with laboratory or medical equipment and knowledge of chemistry, biology, physics, electronics or automation would be considered an advantage.
