About the Team & Business Line
Citco's Data Transformation team is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Data Incident Management team.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing, strategic function at Citco, with direct visibility into data quality challenges and the opportunity to shape how the firm manages and prevents data incidents at scale.

Your role:
Maintain the Data Incident Management Tracker.
Produce detailed incident reports and lessons learned documentation.
Lead structured RCA sessions for data incidents.
Work with Development and Operations to investigate, resolve, and document findings; translate results into actionable recommendations.
Develop improvement recommendations based on incident trends and RCA outcomes.
Design and implement preventative controls and automated validation checks.
Apply Lean Six Sigma (or similar) methods to optimize incident management processes.
Support the Data Incident Management analytics dashboard.
Contribute to active - incident reports and monthly KPI reporting.
Prepare and coordinate internal and client facing incident communications.

About You:
5+ years as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience with incident tracking or project management tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, or equivalents.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to translate technical issues into business language.
Background in financial services, fund administration, or data‑services environments (preferred).
Lean Six Sigma certification or comparable process‑improvement methodology (preferred).
Experience with data‑quality tools (profiling, cleansing, validation) and process‑modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart) (preferred).
Experience or interest in utilizing AI tools and techniques to improve workflows (preferred).
