Your Responsibilities:

- Participate in the „SAP SuccessFactors“ implementation project with a primary focus on Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support users through resolving service requests in a timely manner (training, user guide requests, workflow or process issues, bugs, etc.).
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and gather business needs and ideas to improve the system.
- Perform SAP SF system testing during the implementation period.
- Ensure that SAP SF - related processes system documentation and training materials are updated.
- Train employees, provide system training and consulting as required.
Our expectations:
- Knowledge of Learning Management processes.
- Knowledge of SAP SF modules or any other Learning Management or HR system – big advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical thinking, eager to learn new tools and systems.
- Ability to deliver & prioritize under strict timelines.
- Good English language, both written and spoken. Russian language – an advantage.
- Experience with SAP SF and HR process management – advantage.
