GET READY TO:
- Resolve day-to-day issues, provide operational support and act as a point of contact for business stakeholders on a wide range of legal issues
- Contribute to various legal projects by collecting and organizing information, tracking important deadlines
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements
- Ensure that legal documents are organized, accessible and current
- Handle requests for legal documents and effectively manage business legal risks (identify, advise, assist and monitor)
- Ensure timely communication within the team, maintain cooperation with the business corporate segment and external partners
YOUR PROFILE:
- Academic higher education bachelor degree in law, economics, finance, banking
- 1 – 3 years of professional experience in the lending area
- Good financial analytical skills
- Fluency in Lithuanian & English and (written and verbal)
- Display high reasoning skills with ability to define and resolve problems
- Actively contribute to a positive team environment
