The Legal officer will oversee compliance of the company’s business processes and relationships with its partners and assist with the company’s overall risk management.

- Collects and analyzes available documentation and reports to asses risks in relation to projects and business relationships.
- Recommends and oversees the implementation of appropriate risk management measures.
- On the basis of their activities drafts reports to Senior Managers.
- Provides consultations and guidance to company employees for the performance of their functions.
- Performs related duties as directed.
