About the role
As a Logistics Operations Specialist, your mission is to ensure our transportation network runs smoothly, efficiently, and reliably across First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile flows. You will own day-to-day operations, manage carrier performance, and solve operational challenges that directly impact the customer experience — making every shipment count. This is a hands-on role where your decisions and problem-solving skills will shape the efficiency and reliability of our logistics operations, giving you the chance to make a visible impact every day.
Join us remotely from Lithuania. This is a full-time role based on a regular Tuesday–Saturday workweek (40 hours), with Sunday and Monday as your regular days off.

What you will be doing:
Own daily FM / MM / LM transportation operations across multiple markets
Coordinate shipments to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries, resolving issues proactively
Manage carrier performance and monitor KPIs (on-time, lead times, scan compliance)
Handle operational escalations (delays, missed pickups, routing errors, capacity issues)
Analyze weekly/monthly performance data and drive improvements to KPIs and SLAs
Collaborate with Warehouse, Operations, Supplier Management, Customer Support, Sales, and external carriers
Support network optimization, carrier onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives

What you need:

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
Fluency in English and Russian
