We are looking for a colleague to help us take care of overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities related to operational Wind Park, PV Parks, and BESS. Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

Develop and implement maintenance strategy for renewables assets (Solar, wind, BESS)
Develop an implement maintenance team structure and procedures
Develop, implement, and supervise maintenance activities on site
Ensure spare parts delivery in a proper manner
Supervise and guide a Field technician team
Coordinate inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues
Coordinate and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Ensure that technical issues related with electrical, mechanical, and control systems are resolved in a proper manner
Implement safety protocols and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the maintenance team
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

We expect that You:

Have a university degree in engineering
Have at least 5 years of proven track record in design, testing, planning, and maintenance activities in power plants and electrical substations. Experience in energy power plant projects would be considered as an advantage
Are familiar with electrical, automation, distribution network, or transmission network relay protection engineering
Are familiar with maintenance procedures for HV electrical components
Exhibit excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Are proficient in using maintenance planning software
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance optimization
Are able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines
Are fluent in English language.

Salary range for this position group is 3436 to 5155 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
