In this position, you will:
- Provide ongoing monitoring of investment projects and portfolios, including periodic reporting of financial and operational results
- Collect, review and analyse relevant data from multiple sources (market data, fund reports, financial statements, etc.) to put together detailed reports covering performance of investment portfolios and individual investment projects
- Ensure timely and high-standard reporting with a goal of constant reporting process improvement
- Ensure timely and high-standard KYC process (customer side) by preparing and updating KYC related documentation
- While completing tasks at hand, engage with external counterparties, such as financial institutions and fund managers
- Cover other general administrative aspects within the company, such as maintaining document database/archive, drafting and reviewing documents, etc.
You are our perfect candidate if you:
- Have university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields
- Have work experience of 1-3 years in accounting, audit, financial analysis/reporting or similar function
- Have excellent command of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Are fluent in English and Lithuanian languages – spoken and business writing
- Are highly attentive to details, thorough and possess process-owner attitude
- Are comfortable working with large amounts of information and appreciate its confidential nature
