Job description:
As a Middle Manual QA Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and seamless performance of our web and mobile financial applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify system vulnerabilities, validate complex financial workflows, and safeguard our user experience.
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing for web and mobile applications;
- Review project documentation and analyze business and technical requirements;
- Create and execute test cases based on project requirements and design documentation;
- Find, report, and track bugs during the development and testing lifecycle;
- Analyze application logs to identify defects and provide developers with clear and actionable information for troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in manual testing of fintech products (web and mobile applications);
- Experience in functional, UI, API, and regression testing of web and mobile applications; experience with load testing;
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing techniques, tools, and processes, with practical experience applying them;
- Experience in REST API testing using Postman;
- Basic knowledge of SQL;
- Ability to analyse application logs – we use Kibana, Grafana, and Lens;
- Upper-intermediate written and verbal English;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team;
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks and deadlines;
- Ability to prioritize work effectively and adapt to changing team and business needs.
Nice to have:
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools – we use YouTrack and TestRail;
- Work with Proxy Debugging Tools, such as Charles, Fiddler.
