Marketing and Digital Creative Specialist will be working closely with the Global Product Manager, the Kinze Manufacturing marketing team, the Kinze Europe sales team, dealers, suppliers, customers, and marketing agencies to execute Kinze Europe’s marketing strategy.

Marketing and Digital Creative Specialist will be working closely with the Global Product Manager, the Kinze Manufacturing marketing team, the Kinze Europe sales team, dealers, suppliers, customers, and marketing agencies to execute Kinze Europe’s marketing strategy.
HERE YOU WILL BE:
- Creating content (including but not limited to brochures, flyers, e-blasts, and other print and digital marketing content).
- Leading Video and Photo Production as well as performing all aspects of Video/Photo Creation.
- Managing social media accounts.
- Responsible for documenting, recording, and archiving Kinze events and important moments, including documentation of Ownership.
- Proposing and organizing Tech Solutions for ongoing projects: Interactive Displays, Live Streaming, App Development, etc.
- Providing Creative Services to Kinze Departments outside of Marketing/Sales within the scope of helping with, website, and photography.
- Event coordination including booking management, content creation, graphic design work, and displays. Participating actively in wellness committee, supporting employees and dealers’ events, exhibitions.
- Support merchandising needs internal to Kinze and through our dealer network, including merchandise designs, production coordination, and dealer order management.
CONTACT US, IF YOU HAVE:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing/digital marketing/public relations or a related field is required along with 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, public relations, or project management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Level: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Proficient and direct experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premier Pro) or equivalent software.
- Needing experience with managing social media pages. Photography and videography including editing
- Understanding and/or experience in web metrics, and digital analytics, including SEO/SEM is desired, as the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good English language skills.
