Marketing Communication Specialist

What you will do:

• Develop and implement internal and external communication plans aligned with the business unit's marketing strategy.
• Create high-quality content, including social media posts, website content, press releases, and other marketing materials, tailored to specific audiences and the business unit's brand voice.
• Manage social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
• Coordinate and support event participation for the business unit.
• Localize general corporate communication for the specific needs of the business unit.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (Creative Agencies, Customers).
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of messages.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy and communication goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of marketing projects, adhering to budget and quality standards.
• Support the development and management of marketing project timelines, ensuring clear milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

What we expect from you:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing communications role.
• Strong understanding of marketing communication principles, social media marketing, and content writing.
• Experience working with external vendors and agencies.
• Knowledge of current communication trends and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
• Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience working on projects with international implications and ability to localize content for international audiences.

Base monthly salary: from €2930 to €3670 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
