Key responsibilities of the role are:
- Assortment Selection: Provide insights on prioritization of selection to source and enable across 4 countries;
- Creation of metrics on assortment sourcing and product buy-ability per 4 countries;
- Creation and implementation on periodical selection sourcing tool;
- Pricing: Daily analytics on marketplace product pricing;
- Campaigns: together with Promo manager a designing promotion product list in terms of
- Seller Performance Management: Analytics on product;
- Process management.
Day-to-day:
- Focus on analytics of product diversity (from high end quality products to entry level) to in line with preferences of target audience;
- Update on introduction of new products on commerce level;
- Analytics and focus on products with PPV in order to repeat visit by the customer, cooperation with the teams in the attraction process;
- Daily analytics on marketplace product pricing;
- Implementation of competitive pricing strategies of marketplace products, comparing with competitors;
- Analytics of transparent pricing, including introduction of any additional cost, such as shipping fees or any another fees, measurement of the impact; Implementation of elastic pricing based on customer behavior or any market trends or specifics;
- Work with product managers in order to optimize for sellers and customer user friendly platform and most relevant selection;
- Build and develop based on data targeted marketing campaigns (selection and pricing);
- Utilize digital marketing for seller selection, brands.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience working in analytical areas in consulting/business;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Previous experience working in an ecommerce environment will be considered an advantage;
- Advanced proficiency in English language is a must.
