If you are ready to commit to extensive research and training in the initial stage of setting up DPE International franchise
If you know that SALES is the foundation of managing every business
If you determined, decisive and ready to take initiative
If you have ambitions to own nationalwide construction company and outperform all your competitors
If you have leadership and management skills, that have been developed in other ventures or as a corporate leader
If you have successful professional life, but you’ve always wanted to work for yourself
If you have minimum investment capital of at least €150 000
If your English proficiency is at a communicative level

Since then, we have developed a proven and efficient model for home construction, leveraging modern IT tools for both sales operations and project management. Over the years, we have successfully completed several hundred projects as a general contractor for single-family homes. The company has expanded its operations to include a design office, which in 2023 alone executed 300 home projects, as well as a residential development branch. Our efforts have been recognized by entities such as Forbes.
At this moment, we aim to export our well-established operational system to other countries, aspiring to create a company that offers its services throughout Europe and possibly beyond.
