Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the sales operations working closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Lead, coach and motivate sales team including appropriate development plans and goals.
  • Participate in meetings with senior management and attend external meetings and congresses on behalf of the company.
  • Develop the best possible working relationships between the organization and stakeholders, especially key opinion leaders.
  • Deploy and ensure the operational follow-up of the information and promotion strategy.
  • Collection of relevant information and elaboration of marketing strategies.
  • Close cooperation with marketing and sales colleagues.
  • Collect feedback from the market and cooperate with internal departments to adjust the strategy.
  • Propose analyses and innovative actions for the promotion of products.
  • Monitoring of market and competitors’ performance on a regular basis.
  • Reporting directly to CEO.

Your competences and skills

  • University degree in Life Sciences. Postgraduate education in Business or Marketing would be desirable and advantageous.
  • At least 2-3 years Marketing experience within pharma profile company, including new product launches.
  • People management skills. A strong, motivational leader, with experience leading a multi-level team.
  • Good market knowledge and excellent relationship with Key Opinion Leaders in pharma industry.
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and an independent way of working and have an commercial way of thinking.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills (ability to influence).
  • High level of drive and ambition for ambitious business results.
  • A proactive visionary and confident influencer.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the national and international pharma market and competition.

MEDICAL AFFAIRS MANAGER will lead medical marketing strategy and convert it into an appropriate operational plan; exploit professional relationships whether this is with external stakeholders and your own team. External relationships can range from key opinion leaders to various industry organizations, where you represent Allium UPI on management level. You will provide medical consultancy within the company, manage projects and ensure compliance with all codes of practice, regulations and other guidelines.
