Medical and Sell-Out Coach

SVR Laboratory is currently looking for a Medical and Sell-out Coach in Vilnius to strengthen medical communication and drive brand growth in pharmacies and among healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Promote SVR products in pharmacies and among healthcare professionals while developing strong long-term relationships.
• Ensure implementation of sell-out plans and agreements with pharmacy chains.
• Conduct product trainings and support doctors in product recommendation for patient treatment.
• Ensure strong brand visibility and proper product display in pharmacies.
• Represent SVR at medical conferences and scientific events.
• Monitor competition, propose new sell-out initiatives, report activities and results.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Goal-oriented, independent, and proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Passion for cosmetics, with the ability to inspire and engage doctors and clients.
• Team spirit with a positive mindset.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages.
• Valid driving license and regular driving experience.
