Medical Representative

Note: The selected candidate will be formally employed by Grafton Lithuania, while working full-time in cooperation with Eli Lilly.

About the role

As a Medical Representative, you will be the face of Lilly for healthcare professionals in your territory. You will plan and run your activities with a full understanding of the business, combining personal visits with virtual touchpoints, and use AI-powered tools to engage customers, plan your territory and turn data into insight. Your goal is to create a positive customer experience by understanding customers’ needs and offering valuable solutions that help patients and achieve business objectives. The role involves regular customer visits across the assigned territory and requires flexibility in working hours, including occasional participation in customer meetings and events outside standard business hours.

Your responsibilities:

• Healthcare ecosystem understanding – build deep knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, including providers, payors, patient flows, diseases and therapeutic options, as well as the Lilly resources, procedures and policies available to you;
• Territory planning – analyze your territory and customers using available data and approved resources, and prioritize your activities efficiently;
• Strategic alignment – make sure your plans are effective, measurable and integrated with the activities of colleagues working in the same territory;
• Execution and customer value – deliver tactics together with your team, using a multichannel approach, to create a positive experience and real value for customers and to achieve your Key Performance Indicators;
• Work in full compliance with laws, industry codes and Lilly policies, including patient safety reporting.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant educational qualifications in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy or a sales-related field;
• Previous experience as a Medical / Sales Representative or Product Specialist in a structured pharmaceutical company;
• Business English proficiency - at least B2; fluent Lithuanian;
• Previous experience in specialty or specialized therapeutic areas (e.g. primary care, endocrinology, cardiology, weight management);
• Knowledge and practical use of AI tools for sales optimization and customer engagement;
• Driving license (category B) and readiness to travel within the territory;
• Strong learning agility, self-motivation and resilience;
• Strong communication and analytical / logical skills;
• Ability to work cross-functionally and to engage in patient-focused dialogue;
• Competitive selling skills;
• Strong account management and resource planning skills;
• Excellent ability to engage customers in a hybrid way (face-to-face and virtual).
