The team:
You will work within a team of 12 fellow developers and there will be SysAdmins, Product Owners, Project Managers and the CTO in the IT department working together with you. The whole IT department in Lithuania is cozy and it currently consists of 21 IT professionals.
Development products are now deployed to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine, Poland and Czechia. Now already in the process of two new Europe countries. Next year we are also planning to connect with other countries. Our company employees use this product’s environment for daily job tasks. So your changes, new ideas and fixes will be notable as soon as it’s deployed and you will get a very quick feedback about the performance and changes needed. Users are accessible for discussion and communication for more information or feedback. Now the most significant user count is in Lithuania.

Responsibilities:
- Work together with the product owner to find the best solutions for users.
- Support and implement new features in the product.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design SOAP services or use existing services.
- Contribute to the evolution of technology and software development practice stack.
- Work with our IT team to improve software development processes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in programming (preferred).
- Knowledge of programming languages such as VB.NET, C#.
- Knowledge of the .NET framework.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good collaborative skills.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with Microsoft's Visual Studio.
