If you want to:
- Manage day-to-day office activities, ensuring the workplace is well-maintained, fully stocked, and well-organized;
- Handle reception duties, greeting visitors, managing entry cards;
- Support employees with their requirements and direct them to the right person or team;
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance and repairs as needed;
- Choose and cooperate with vendors, office service providers, and building maintenance services;
- Be responsible for the business trips process across the organization;
- Help plan, organize, and execute company events;
- Closely collaborate with Vilnius office administration and HR team.
And you can check off:
- 2+ years of experience in administration or similar role;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English languages;
- Can-do attitude and a proactive, self-driven, and approachable personality.
