Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a pleasant office environment and effectively communicate with colleagues;
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operation, including (but not limited to) tracking stocks of office supplies, placing orders when necessary, managing parking permits, entrance cards and book libraries;
- Oversee services operations such as office security and cleaning service;
- Partner with HR in updating and maintaining office policies as necessary;
- Manage travel arrangements for business trips when needed;
- Participate in organizing company events, teambuilding activities, etc.;
- Assist upper management with ongoing tasks when necessary;
- Perform other administrative support tasks as assigned.
A Successful Candidate Must Have:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Attentiveness and creativity with an ability to suggest improvements;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Extra Great to Have:
- Valid driver's license;
- Knowledge of additional languages;
- Keen interest in the gaming industry.
