ABOUT THE POSITION:
We're searching for a super-organized Office Manager to maintain the groove of our workplace and keep our team happy. If you thrive on multitasking, creating a positive vibe, and making sure everyone's set up for success, you could be exactly who we're looking for!

GET READY TO:
- Help establish and maintain office procedures, such as planning and ordering stationery, snacks, office supplies, and training materials;
- Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, look after mail & various deliveries;
- Maintain great relationships and provide support for various administrative activities, travel planning, and booking to different departments;
- Help out with planning and putting on our office events and fun stuff like summer and Christmas parties, workations, plus any other seasonal shindigs we cook up;
- Be a key part of making new team members feel right at home, lending a hand with their onboarding and making sure they fit right in with the gang;
- Help out your colleagues, be the main point of contact for calls and questions;
- Keep an eye on and help with the admin budget;
- Help with processing invoices to our finance department;
- Pitch in on different HR projects;
- Do other ad-hoc tasks.
WE EXPECT YOU TO:
- Be a go-to person in Kaunas BURGA office;
- Have past experience working as an office manager or in a similar role;
- Genuinely care about folks and you're always ready to jump in and help out;
- You pick up new things quickly and you're good at keeping yourself organized;
- Be a fast learner and super proactive, who is not afraid to jump into new challenges;
- Have great at English, both writing and talking;
- Be a team-player.
