We are looking for a dynamic office space manager who will effectively manage and evolve our offices and work experience for colleagues.
You will be supervising our main office in Vilnius along with other smaller premises, liaising with colleagues and suppliers, and handling administrative duties to maintain smooth office operations.

GET READY TO:
- Take control of Citadele banka's Lithuanian offices
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office (control of outsource services, delivery of goods etc.)
- Cooperate with Citadele's team leaders and employees, suppliers and outsourcers, your teammates in Baltic team
- Address any emergencies or challenges arising in the office
- Promote new ideas and lead projects for the improvement of our offices
YOUR PROFILE:
- Relatable professional experience (e.g. office management, real estate management; workplace design)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Positive personality focused on implementing solutions
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English
