- Own and monitor operational performance of assigned loops and desks, ensuring achievement of KPIs related to empty mileage, cycle time, utilization, profitability, productivity, and service quality.
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify performance gaps, quantify business impact, and develop corrective action plans.
- Optimize loop execution by balancing volumes, minimizing empty mileage, reducing waiting time, and improving truck utilization in coordination with Planning, Sales, Pricing, and Fleet Management.
- Lead cross-functional coordination by setting performance priorities, assigning action owners and deadlines, and ensuring timely execution of agreed improvement initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, implementation of corrective and preventive actions, and adoption of operational best practices.
- Prepare performance reports, track improvement results, ensure KPI data accuracy, and escalate operational risks and unresolved issues to management.
What we expect from you:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and interpretation of operational and financial KPIs.
- Understanding of transportation operations, fleet and capacity utilization, transport planning, and loop performance management.
- Ability to identify performance gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and implement measurable operational improvements.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and coordination skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Proactive, structured, and accountable approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive actions to completion, and deliver sustainable results.
