We are constantly growing; therefore, we are looking for Payment Operations Specialist to join forces and achieve our growth goals together.

You would be responsible for:

  • Daily financial transaction analysis, escalation and resolution.
  • Daily work with ticketing system – analysis and resolution of incidents, bugs, other types of requests.
  • Analyzing, understanding and reporting bugs/system issues to the development team.
  • Daily communication with B2B, B2C clients.
  • Cultivate positive, long-lasting customer relationships to drive retention and loyalty.
  • Analyzing clients needs and preparing new functionalities suggestions to development team.

We expect from you:

  • Previous experience working in customer support or a client-facing role. Compliance/Fintech knowledge is a nice bonus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English, Lithuanian, Russian(nice to have))
  • Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and offer creative solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
