GET READY TO
- Allocate incoming payments and investigate discrepancies
- Administrate and release payments to customers
- Perform credit checks and administrate debts of the customers
- Issue invoices to customers
- Prepare and provide reports to customers
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and reports to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payment-related issues and improve payment workflows
- Suggest improvements to payment procedures and systems for better efficiency.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Experience in a similar role (Accounting, Credit Control or else) would be preferred
- Excellent command of Lithuanian and English language
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Ability to work independently as well as work in a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment
- Strong at analyzing data and attention to details with great sense of responsibility
- Strong time management.
