Job description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies;
- Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making final hiring decisions;
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, facilitating orientation and integration into the company's culture and values.
- Conducting annual interviews with employees, evaluating them, providing insights to managers;
- Deliver and follow-up on engagement survey and develop action plans from results together with • Management team. Measure success of the actions;
- Organize team-building activities, workshops, and events to foster a positive and collaborative work culture;
- Coordinate sustainability activities and the implementation of international standards in the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR field
- Generalist experience in various areas like talent attraction, hiring, recruiting, labour law;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian language;
- Flexibility, positivity, willingness and ability to learn;
- Ability to solve problems;
- Driver's license.
