How you’ll make an impact:
- Overseeing and managing the full cycle of recruitment process: job advertisement, campaigns, proactive sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Closely working with Student associations and initiatives (ELSA Lithuania, Sorainen Student Academy, career fairs, etc.)
- Advising and supporting our people regarding the firm’s people and culture policies and procedures.
- Maintaining employee-related information records in HRIS and handling personnel-related documentation.
- Assisting with internal communication (on people and culture related topics), initiatives and events.
To succeed in this role you need:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition field, preferably within a professional services sector.
- University degree in psychology, human resources or a related field.
- To be fluent in English & Lithuanian.
- Knowledge of Lithuanian labor legislations and HR best practices.
- Experience working with HRIS.

- Base gross monthly salary in the EUR 2700 – 3500 range. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies and professional experience.
