The role:
As a People Services Associate Advisor, you will help drive our goals by:
- Working with People Business Partners, local People Services Associate Advisors and Centres of Expertise to ensure smooth and consistent HR processes
- Serving as the primary HR contact for managers and employees, providing clear guidance on policy interpretation
- Supporting key HR areas such as payroll, Workday administration, performance management and absence management, escalating cases when needed
- Preparing/reviewing employee documentation as well as resolving individual employee queries on employment matters, terms and conditions, policies and best practice
- Delivering timely, reliable support to ensure consistent application of HR policies
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Proven experience in the HR field, ideally within HR administration, operations or services role. A degree in - - - Human Resources or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation and work confidently across multiple geographies and cultures.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Excel.
- Tech‑savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools. Experience with Workday and case management systems is a strong plus.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Comfortable managing a broad variety of tasks with adaptability and professionalism.
- Comfortable working a 10:00 – 19:00 shift pattern.
