Get ready:
- Create and improve personnel processes, taking into account both market changes and the efficiency of the group of companies;
- Work with the payroll program, where you will provide personnel data and update them;
- Prepare and adjust employment contracts, job regulations, procedures, procedures and other related documents;
- Organize and carry out personnel selections;
- Advise managers and other employees on personnel issues;
- To shape the culture of the company group;
- Nurturing the well-being of employees, company values and taking care of people, creating an attractive working atmosphere;
- Organize company events and holidays 🎉
What do we expect from you:
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of personnel;
- Higher university education;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Experience in working with the personnel management and payroll system (experience in working with the BSS program is an advantage);
- Experience not only in supporting existing personnel management processes in the organization, but also experience in preparing documents, procedures, proposing ideas for the company's continuous improvement;
- Ability to think strategically and propose long-term solutions;
- Knowledge of legal acts related to human resources management and the DK of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Diligence, responsibility;
- Good computer skills;
- Attention to detail and punctuality.
